*These are the proposals of cooking classes (agreeing the topic at the time of booking the package):

  • THE WAY FOR THE VEGETABLE GARDEN: from apetizer to dessert, we cook a Tuscan menu with seasonal products, picked together in our vegetable garden, according to the possibilities.
  • AROMATIC HERBS: identify and use them. Full menu from apetizer to dessert.
  • TUSCAN MENU: toasted bread with chicken liver, tomato soup, “peposo”, fried chicken, almond biscuits and other recipes to be agreed together.
  • DINNER FOR TWO: cooking together a menu agreed and eating it in a romantic atmosphere (if possible in the garden)
  • ALL IN A JAR: with seasonal produce picked from our vegetable garden (according to the possibilities) we will achieve together jams, preserves and sauces for cheeses.
  • SWEET LIFE: homemade pastry, with “tiramisu”, almond biscuits, apple pies etc ... (only available for the apartment "L’AIA" with oven)
  • THE FRESH PASTA: gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli, tortellini: a journey through the typical fresh pasta.

Upon request, the possibility of creating menus for celiacs, vegetarians, vegans and other requirements
